2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need us to change your address or order we will do our best to rectify this however we cannot guarantee   this once an order has been processed.

3. SHIPPING

We offer fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to postal service delays or external factors. We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties for international orders.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your gear! If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You will have to pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on harnesses and earrings unless faulty.
